Educated and graduated in the NYC school system.
Married husband Lt. Bernard J. Rubenstein, USNR on February 22, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY.
Settled in Ossining, NY on August 13, 1981.
Over the years Regina volunteered her services at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, Ossining Public Library and worked in NYS Assemblywoman, Sandy Galef's office.
She was involved in local politics in Ossining in the 1990's and had an unsuccessful run for mayor in the early 2000's.
She was a wonderful woman who had many interests and many friends.
She will be laid to rest on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Wellwood Cemetery, Farmingdale, Long Island.
