Obituary for Steven Seligman
Steven Amnon Seligman departed this world on Monday, April 4, 2022 at age 64. He is survived by his beloved brother of Dan (Marissa) Seligman, siblings Ilana Seligman (Richard Schneider) and Michael (Nancy) Seligman; his loving nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Steven lived in New York City where he was a "jack of all trades". His career spanned being rock band roadie to Head Carpenter for the Metropolitan Opera to contractor for new restaurant construction. He was diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer in early March and passed away peacefully in the city that was always his home. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, April 8 at 1pm, Beth David Cemetery, 300 Elmont Rd Elmont, Nassau County, NY.
